As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to online chats from customers who are dissatisfied with their furniture orders.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and online chats from customers who are unhappy with their furniture orders
- Listen to customer complaints, concerns, and questions, and provide helpful and empathetic responses
- Troubleshoot issues related to furniture delivery, assembly, and quality
- Assist customers with the process of returning or exchanging their furniture
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other members of the customer support team to identify trends in customer complaints and develop solutions to common problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as aerospace engineering, physics, or astronomy)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology to communicate with customers (such as phone, chat, email)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
